We want your new gym equipment to arrive quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
Free delivery on all orders over £50 (update with your threshold)
Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day.

Large & Heavy Items

Some of our larger items (such as treadmills, weight stations, and squat racks) may be delivered by a specialist courier and could require a delivery window to be arranged. You'll be contacted by our team or the courier to confirm your delivery slot.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
